How to make an appointment?

You need a personal account to make a reservation.

If you already have an account, you will need to login, and then you have two options: (1) you first choose your doctor, then you can choose from the available dates, or (2) choose the desired date, then you can choose from the available doctors that day and book one of the available consultations.

If you do not have an account, but you have already been to us, at the login you will type your email address and choose the "Forgot password" option, after which you will receive via email a password that you will use when signing in.

If you have not been to us and you do not have a personal account, then you will have to create it (choose the "Create account" option where you will complete the form presented (justification and legality of requesting the respective data you will find in Personal Data Protection) and then you will receive an email through which you can activate your account and you will be able to make a reservation.

If you have a problem, a special wish or you have not been able to authenticate online, you can make an appointment via email to [email protected], personally at the reception or by phone at 0264 431 570.

If you cannot come on the reserved date, please cancel your appointment through your account or write an email to [email protected].
