All proprietary rights and copyrights related to the websites www.gynia.ro and gynia-online-order.nesoft.ro (hereinafter referred to as "Sites") belong exclusively to the company Gynia SRL, under which Gynia Hospital, a private health medical unit operates (hereinafter referred to as "Clinic"), The Clinic processes personal data in accordance with the Regulation on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR Regulation"). These Sites are controlled and operated by the Clinic directly or through a subcontractor who himself observes the legislation in force.

The site www.gynia.ro is intended for patients of the Clinic or anyone who would like to get information about the Clinic and the services offered by the Clinic, and the site gynia-online-order.nesoft.ro is intended for patients and future patients who would like to check in for examinations at the clinic's ouptatient department (hereinafter referred to as "Users").

By accessing the Sites and/or the medical services provided by the Clinic, Users agree to respect the content of this document as well as the applicable legislation in the field of the provision of medical services.

Access to the Sites, the services presented, and the content of the Sites are offered to you free of charge, but are subject to your acceptance of the provisions of this document, without any reservation. Failure to accept the Terms and Conditions set forth in this document entails the impossibility of your use of the Sites.

To schedule an appointment you must have or, if you do not yet have one, create a user account. Your account can only be accessed by typing your username and password. We recommend that you do not disclose your account password to others. Please note that we do not accept any liability for any harm that you or a third party may suffer as a result of accessing your account by a third party.

Scheduling an appointment does not guarantee that you will be seen exactly at the scheduled time. Small discrepancies, and delays may occur. In the event of a delay of more than 15 minutes, however, we assume the obligation to notify you and to give you an appointment at a later date or at another doctor available at that time.

By accessing the Sites, you confirm that you are a fully responsible and aware person and that you take responsibility for all your actions during the use of the Sites, as well as for the effects of your actions.

The copying, printing or downloading of any text or graphic material published on the Sites can be made only with the consent of the Clinic, the action being allowed exclusively for personal, non-profit use, provided that the copyright is respected.

Unauthorized access attempts to the Sites, including but not limited to: any attempt to access a patient's personal data, to modify the content of the Sites, to access the Sites through automatic devices or programs, to modify their structure, to copy the content or cite the content of the Sites without indicating the source will be considered fraud attempts to the Sites and will be reported to the competent authorities.

The information posted on the Site is informative and should be treated as such.
